I know dropping test a couple weeks out is pretty common for BB's so I'd assume it would work just fine for pl. Even if you went down to trt you aren't going to lose shit for strength in a couple weeks and if you do it's mainly mental.

Definitely makes sense and I like the idea. I just don't really juice too hard so I've never had a reason to try a fancy protocol. Lol. Basically still in the wing it stage.

I bought one long ago. Back when I could handle some real-man weight, I use it for squats. The bottom is the bottom, there's no butterfly effect with them.

I want to get one now
But I'll save it as a present for myself when I get to my old weight PRs
Pulling 3 plates on DL as a recovery workout doesnt warrent a Texas DL

This is a fun log.

Buddy Capps makes the best bars out there. Wish I would have purchased the Texas Power Bar instead of the Rogue one but the Rogue is still a solid choice. The DL bar is awesome. Best knurling available IMO.

It's funny because people say I look bigger now
Currently 218 (On a refeed before final push)
Down from 245 or 250
Arms look significantly bigger now that I'm not carrying extra weight around Chest or midsection
Goal is 200 to be within reach of sub 200 meets on the platform.
I'm so hungry.

Oh fuck yeah bud, sounds like an awesome plan. Even just walking around at 210-215 is a pretty easy cut to 198. So if you get to 200 that'd be perfect. You could lean bulk right into a meet.

Pretty much what i was thinking.
Me at a depleted 200 is more realistically 210ish ince I've carb loaded and restocked glycogen reserves
Puts me in range of 198 easily
Was eyeballing 183, but thought... fuck no, the strength loss and starvation wouldbt be worth it.

At 210, nice water cut and a couple IVs after weigh in.. I should be able to show up properly for a meet

Tren js ordered will drop test to 200mg week and run the tren 50mg e2d or 3x week

It's only cheating if you compete tested. I just call it dedication. Lol

It's all about perception. It takes a lot of dedication to jab yourself repeatedly with a needle. Gotta worry about a potential gusher, hiding needles from other people in the house, rotating sites to reduce scar tissue buildup and shit. Lol. Not as easy as taking a creatine shake.
