Was talking to a heavyweight competitor today who was telling me about using e/c/a stack in the morning during his cardio and later on using clen. What are your thoughts/experiences on stacking fat burners?
I think the more fat burners you use the more fat loss you get. It comes down to the dose.
Things like yohimbine work though a different pathway then things like clenbuterol so there is synergy.
Also different fat burners have different uses. Caffeine great for energy, clenbuterol great for fat burning, ephedrine great for appetite suppression, (personal experience is that yohimbine melts fat but makes me feel like shit, I must be super sensitive)
BUT! Stacking multiple fat burners is not something you should plan on doing long term. If you run high amounts of everything everyday you can only keep it up for so long before you take a toll on your body. Which is a great reason to use fat burners in moderation and cycle though different ones so you never get burnt out on one in particular.
Diet should always be the main focus, a good diet will yield the best results and with out a good diet fat burners are useless.
This is coming from someone who has used many many fat burners.
We all want results fast, so that's where the attraction to using multiple fat burners at once comes from, but unless you have a short dead line to drop weight fast I think its much more efficient to cycle though different ones and use in moderation so that you never wear out your body.
I've had good success stacking ECA with Clen and T3 as well. However as Focused wrote, it does tax you. For me the breathing becomes very labored, add that on top of Tren you'll probably be taking and you're breathing like an asthmatic at the first hint of physical activity. Not nice.
However yes, for short periods it does help. The maximum it will help though, will only be an aid to fat loss not your main driver. Calories have to be in check.
Im just going to be honest and share this experience.
About one week ago I took caffeine, ephedrine, green tea extract, clen, dmaa, and yohimbine and went for close to a two hour walk/jog fasted.
I think it was about 300mg caffeine, 50mg bronkaid, 500mg green tea, 120mcg clen, 20mg yohimbine, 25mg dmaa. Oh I also ate a grapefruit 20 minutes before taking all my stims because that is supposed to increase absorption lol
I felt like shit off and on. Every song that came on sounded like it was being played faster than normal it was trippin me out. I stopped at 7-11 to get some water and this girl was checkin me out cuz I didn't have a shirt on. but I was too waked out to really do anything except smile. I went into the bathroom and was so dehydrated I looked shredded as fuck it was awesome. I felt like I dropped a pound of fat in 2 hours haha. I felt like shit and had trouble eating the rest of the day, that CANT be good for your heart. its really dumb honestly. I actually really enjoyed the experience when it was all over but just take it from me that losing fat the healthy way is the best way. Why put yourself though that when you can just diet healthy and get great results and not feel like shit?
There is a science to stacking "fat burners". My advice would be to actually study what each "fat burner" does and then figure out which ones synergize with each other.
EC + Clen is stupid. It's just a bunch of "lets hit beta 2 & 3 super hard" and nothing else. Mixing beta agonists together, especially an aggressively selective one like Clen, is going to fuck up your BP, heart rate and electrolyte balance (by depleting potassium). Over the long term, you're not going to get better results. And you've drastically altered the risk/benefit ratio. Like I said - it's stupid.
