I was having sex one time and right as things got intense, I got a massive hamstring cramp, but when I straightened my leg to stretch it out, I then immediately got a cramp in my quad. I was like oh fuck I am totally ruined right now!Oh yeah but bro those hamstring cramps are the worst. Hamstring and foot here. I can work through a foot cramp, but when that hammy starts to lock up, I'm hopping off her like a teenager who just got walked in on by her dad.You ever get one of those ab cramps right before you’re about to finish

Hammy cramps are the worst. Occasionally I’ll also have my calf lock up and it feels like the muscle is rolled over the bone. That’s also not fun.I can power through an ab cramp but NFW a hammy.
I got a hammy once in a 14' fishing boat the night after squating. My fishing buddy thought I was having a heart attack. Almost went in the drink.

@snake what exercise?It's all diet to see your abs. Question is, what do your abs look like when you're down to 10-12% bf? You want skateboarder abs or thick muscular abs?
For me, once a week, one exercise, 3 sets of 5 reps.
