A recent first date with a gal turned into her self proclaimed expertise on diet and supplements. She was like many about 20lbs over her "most recent pics" and in my estimate could drop 40lbs and still have the more volumptuos figure old motherfuckers like me often prefer. Now back on track......

She told me "cinnamon keeps her cholesterol good". I asked was it bad? What are your lipid numbers? What were your numbers before supplementing with cinnamon, what are your number now and was it standard grocery store (cassia cinnamon or Ceylon cinnamon)?

I asked if she knows there are four main species of commercially cultivated cinnamon.

She didn't pull labs prior to incorporating 'cinnamon' as cholesterol reducing supplement. Does not know her prior or current lipid count. Avoided my questions and stated the classic "I read about it". I asked her had she read it in an add for some tableted form of cinnamon. Deer in the headlights.

Never ceases to amaze what people know.

Dated a “christian” that was like that. There I was a still married man (separated), blowing nuts inside this chick and sodimizing her on a daily basis but since she was going to Haiti to hug orphans for 10 days she had that “I’m holier than you” mentality.

I would bring up verses and teachings from the Bible and she had no clue what I was talking about. At this time I was not religious at all but had read the Old Testament in entirety. She hadn’t read anything.

LOL. That's a funny way of saying it. 😂

I used to work with this blonde chick who was basically the gym girlfriend. She slept with so many guys there and wasn't even trying to hide it, yet also claimed to be a hardcore Christian and did those same type of missions in Haiti, Kenya, etc.

I enjoyed her telling me how all non-Christians are going to hell.

What was he supposed to do? Tell her how smart her cinnamon revelations were?

if she was the 40lbs lighter you mentioned, when she started up with

"cinnamon keeps her cholesterol good"

would you have asked these questions?

I asked was it bad? What are your lipid numbers? What were your numbers before supplementing with cinnamon, what are your number now and was it standard grocery store (cassia cinnamon or Ceylon cinnamon)?

While you're not wrong, sounds like a real shit way to go about a first date. 20lbs over or under, who cares. Might as well get something out of it at the end of the night 🤣

Now if this is a butter face situation then I completely understand. 🤣🤣🤣

I find in general people including bodybuilders tend to look for information that will back up what they want to do and want to believe. As opposed to looking at all the available reliable sources then forming an opinion. And being willing to change as the science changes on the subject. Biology is far from an exact science.
