I believe a small deficit, as my bodyweight stayed almost the same. I think a little bodyfat was pulled/used to make up the difference.

Edit... Just went back and looked at MFP, I lost 3 lbs during those 10 weeks.

The best part was we were traveling for my sister in law’s wedding. I had to bring everything with me and sneak off each day back to my hotel room and inject lol. Good times
