The time to officially kickstart my growth "season" is upon us...

This is intended to be the cliche "I want to put on muscle, with minimal fat" program that most people are seeking, with few ever achieving. I have dabbled with similar structures and programs to this model, there are just a few tweaks for this version that I will be testing out.

AAS/PED plan (what 98% of people are interested in):

Test Enanthate - 1500mg's/week
Deca Durabolin- 700mg's/week
Aromasin - 20mg's EoD

Rotating tren & oral structure-
- Weeks 1-3 - 50mg's Dianabol daily
- Weeks 4-6 - 50mg's Trenbolone Acetate daily
- Weeks 6 & 7- Off orals and Trenbolone
- Weeks 10-13 - 50mg's Dianabol daily
- Weeks 13-16 - 50mg's Trenbolone Acetate daily
- Weeks 17 & 18 - Off orals and Trenbolone

Growth Hormone and Insulin -
- 6ius daily of Serostim on training days
- 3ius daily of generic hGH on non-training days
- 20ius Lantus on Serostim days (this will probably be cycled as needed, not run consistently).
- 5iu Humalog pre-workout on Serostim days
- 500mg's Berberine 2x daily on non-Lantus days

Supplements ( I can go into further detail on any of these and why I use them if you're interested)-
- Boron
- Astragalus
- Multi-Vitamin
- D3 & K2
- Citrus Bergamot
- Ubiquinol
- Ashwagandha
- Creatine Monohydrate
- L-Glutamine

Training- I will be doing heavy training during this protocol with "pump" work (muscle rounds, drop sets, etc towards the end of the weight training) and stretching at the end of each workout (DC style stretching). Cardio will be LISS on non-weight training days in the AM w/ the 3iu of Generic hGH. The goal is to keep insulin sensitivity high, health in order and just to keep my metabolism up and running at full speed.

Diet- Starting off I'm just shooting for around a 12% surplus in calories (increasing protein and carbohydrates, not tweaking fats currently). This will change weekly based on the scale, the mirror, and body fat measurements.

All of the drugs are subject to change based on what I'm seeing and feeling.

I am going to assume this is not your first cycle. If it is not.. how many in the past…and were they all like this basic questions.

Why add the tren in… is it for strength.
If you are running all the high test and deca you are going to be a “little” waterlogged to say the least . I would do without it.
I am just asking questions to maybe give me some knowledge… I am always into learning.🤙

Hey there, thanks for your response and questions! I'll knock them out as best as I can:

Height- 6'1"
Weight- 250-255lbs depending on time and day etc.
BF % - ~10% give or take. This is based on a quality at-home BF scale, but, it's still likely off a bit.
Calories- They will likely be around 3000k cals, then adjusted as needed. Focusing on protein first, followed by carbs then keeping fats at the minimal level.

Regarding the setup, I have done a FEW of these in the past :)

The tren is used almost like an oral, but aiding in strength, recovery, and conditioning for little peaks throughout the cycle. I've started doing this setup with the short oral doses and had very nice results. It seems to be a bit easier on my body and liver. I don't really get many bad tren sides at 350mg's/wk, especially when just used for 2-3 weeks. This allows me to cycle orals and tren with my base stack. During the periods that I have the tren in, I will do a bit more morning cardio and tren helps tremendously in regards to anti-catbolism. This will, in theory, allow me to maintain quality conditioning during a growth cycle.

Regarding test and deca together and water retention, this is always an issue, of course. It's also an issue with running hGH. But, it's just part of it. I do what I can to keep at it bay with Aromasin etc. However, I've never held water terribly. The supplements that aid in kidney function also seem to help.

Add Magnesium Glycinate
that's a long oral/Tren run, despite the alternating schedule
Will help substantially with sleep and any GI issues you run into

I will have to look into it... I take ZMA, so I will have to determine if I'll be overdosing magnesium if I take it in another form. However, I am not familiar with the form you're mentioning, so I'm curious now. Thank you!

Yeah, it's really due to the "base" lantus being run. Also, I don't love the idea of possibly going/feeling hypo during my lifts. I've done it higher and I feel like higher Humalog is better suited for post-workout. I just like the added pump and nutrient shuttling (via intra-workout shake) with the lower insulin. There is not doubt you could run it higher, and I may have to if sensitivity is reduced.

dude is massive and can still grow off 3000 calories? lifes unfair.

I'm certain I will up the calories, they will be edited on a weekly basis. I'm starting at 3,000... You're right in your assumption that I likely can't grow - much - off of 3000 calories. But, i'd rather slowly increase them than dump a ton of calories in and put on more fat than I'm hoping for. I don't mind editing the program at a weekly level...

Why are you running so much test? Test doesn’t build muscle — just ask Connor.
Because it has worked for me for a long, long time... Also, I try to run 2:1 test to deca, give or take. I do well on high test... I'd be comfortable bumping test to 2g if it was appropriate for my goals. But, for now, I'm comfortable with it at this level.

It's possible folks have trended towards lower test over the past few years, I don't really know. But, for me, it's always worked very well.

Its almost A la Roger Rabbit style.
Really e enjoyed his Adrol/Anavar rotation, helped maintain good qaulity gains while maintaining appearance and slowing down my sides from Adrol

I've done it before and really like it... You could easily use anadrol, anavar, winstrol etc. in place of the dianabol. I'm not familiar with the style you've mentioned (Roger Rabbit), but, it sounds like a similar setup but using 2 orals in rotation. The idea of this system is to limit the amount of time I'm using orals and tren as one is harsher on the liver, the other the kidneys. So, I have time to recover between both of them. Also, they both can negatively impact appetite, which is something I have to be aware of.

I’m pretty sure that he joined here but I forget his screen name. He’s another Meso expat.

He’s a good kid but he has some pretty whacky ideas about anabolics.

Men have trended towards low test so much that they are now becoming women.

I like certain oral runs of around 2-3 weeks because that’s when I usually notice lethargy and digestion issues.

I believe Mac does this as well with tren and anadrol
