The time to officially kickstart my growth "season" is upon us...
This is intended to be the cliche "I want to put on muscle, with minimal fat" program that most people are seeking, with few ever achieving. I have dabbled with similar structures and programs to this model, there are just a few tweaks for this version that I will be testing out.
AAS/PED plan (what 98% of people are interested in):
Test Enanthate - 1500mg's/week
Deca Durabolin- 700mg's/week
Aromasin - 20mg's EoD
Rotating tren & oral structure-
- Weeks 1-3 - 50mg's Dianabol daily
- Weeks 4-6 - 50mg's Trenbolone Acetate daily
- Weeks 6 & 7- Off orals and Trenbolone
- Weeks 10-13 - 50mg's Dianabol daily
- Weeks 13-16 - 50mg's Trenbolone Acetate daily
- Weeks 17 & 18 - Off orals and Trenbolone
Growth Hormone and Insulin -
- 6ius daily of Serostim on training days
- 3ius daily of generic hGH on non-training days
- 20ius Lantus on Serostim days (this will probably be cycled as needed, not run consistently).
- 5iu Humalog pre-workout on Serostim days
- 500mg's Berberine 2x daily on non-Lantus days
Supplements ( I can go into further detail on any of these and why I use them if you're interested)-
- Boron
- Astragalus
- Multi-Vitamin
- D3 & K2
- Citrus Bergamot
- Ubiquinol
- Ashwagandha
- Creatine Monohydrate
- L-Glutamine
Training- I will be doing heavy training during this protocol with "pump" work (muscle rounds, drop sets, etc towards the end of the weight training) and stretching at the end of each workout (DC style stretching). Cardio will be LISS on non-weight training days in the AM w/ the 3iu of Generic hGH. The goal is to keep insulin sensitivity high, health in order and just to keep my metabolism up and running at full speed.
Diet- Starting off I'm just shooting for around a 12% surplus in calories (increasing protein and carbohydrates, not tweaking fats currently). This will change weekly based on the scale, the mirror, and body fat measurements.
All of the drugs are subject to change based on what I'm seeing and feeling.
