Long-time participant here but it was pointed out recently that after nearly 6,000 posts, I never did an intro.

Hi, I’m 47 years old 6’3” 270 lbs I’ve been training mostly for powerlifting for 12 years. I’ve run a couple cycles. Best lifts are:
Squat: 525
Bench: 445
Deadlift: 600

“Family is first.” - Vin Diesel. I’ve been married for 22 years, have 3 boys and one daughter. I stopped talking to my extended family though. Too much baggage there.

I was a highly functioning alcoholic and quit 12 years ago. Sober ever since thanks to training.

I love helping people and shit talking and look forward to being an active member of the community.

Sorry, I’m shy so this is kinda hard for me.

Welcome to the underground. You'll do well here. Tell us more about your diet and training. What does your current programming look like?

What are your goals for the rest of 2022? And what are you hoping to achieve in 2023?

Also, do you have any pics? Full frontal nudes are best.

Thank you, and God bless. 🇺🇸

Thanks for asking. My diet is not dialed in. I’m training for powerlifting and not bodybuilding but before I ran a cycle at 42 (I think it was) I lost weight to get down to a good place to start the journey. That was after 5-6 years of training.

My goals are to continue to get strong but I’m realizing I’m up there in age so that’s going to involve adding some additional muscle mass. In order to stay below the fat boy monster weight class, I’ll also need to cut some weight along the way.

I have a log going since July. Some may have noticed.
I haven’t updated it in a little bit though only because training is boring right now. I’m doing hypertrophy and I hate it. Gotta do it for a bit though and then we’ll get back to the strength training.

Kickbacks. High volume. Very Low intensity. I like to do 250 reps with 20 lbs (that’s 10 lbs each arm btw). I get a skin splitting pump. Combine that with my nicotine hardened arteries and I look swole AF baby.
Ok I try not to comment on these but ya got me on that one .... I laughed I won't lie.

Welcome to the underground. Good to have you! You’re an elite member so you must be super smart.

You got me thinking whether I did an intro thread or not. I don’t remember.

All I know is, you better not be another troll! Welcome to the UG!

Your numbers are like one of my lifting buddies. Except he is like 5'7". He benches on the regular 495 (540 was his high) and squats 565. I mean who does that? Bench only 70lbs less than you squat! Did God attach quads where your triceps and chesticles go?
