I agree with a small portion of this.I would recommend getting the full gamut of blood work done relating to hormones and posting it on here, and also getting some bloodwork that would show any vitamin deficiencies. A lot of times people’s vitamin D levels can be extremely low and they don’t even know and that can cause depression and irritability.
Also look into the simple things like sleep, diet, over training, Drinking, drugs, mental health, and work. This is random but in the past when I ran TRT and my testosterone levels were around 1000-1200 I would notice I started to get more aggressive about things and that would cause me stress, so possibly look into if your levels are to high for you, more isn’t always better.
Definitely worth looking into if you're deficient.
I work graveyard and I take vitamin d because I don't get out in the daytime. With blood work my levels are ok because I suppliment.
