Taking Creatine

I know this is a dumb question but,
How much creatine should I take for my loading phase and my maintenance phase?
Currently weighing in at 70kg (154 lbs) at 5'7 (170 cm) (16 y.o)
Been working out since 1.5 years and figured i should start talking creatine.

The standard is 20-25 grams daily for the loading phase and 3-5 grams for maintenance. Because of your weight and age (too young to be here lol), you should probably aim for the lower amount on both.

I gave up loading decades ago. The muscles may become saturated a couple weeks earlier but is more of a waste as far as i am concerned. I never got much out of taking it when i started as i had been eating a few pounds of meat a day already. And meat in a source of creatine. so i was probably fairly saturated already.

I always took the standard dose, 5g a day, but Andrew Huberman recommends that people who are not responsive to that dose can double it safely. I've been taking 10 grams a day since then and my weekly measurements indicate that it's been effective.
