What's a CD. Sounds like a std.
Is it a silver record only smaller with no groves. Saw one once in a museum. Think the Egyptians used them for pyramid scams.

Yeah was on the toilet at work when I intro. Had to make it short and pinch it off. 35 yo 5’8 198, been lifting consistently the last two years but have been in the gym off and on since teenage years. Been off the forumns the past 2 years. Missed the brotherhood feel and wealth of knowledge.

Lol I haven’t maxed in quite a while, but I rep 270 for 8-10 on my working sets. I haven’t deadlifted in years :/ it’s more of my mentality when I hit the weight pile.
