PR was awesome definitely getting stronger! Had a crazy busy week so I missed 1 run and leg day! All in all I was happy with the wk.

Dips 15,15,12,10,8 all at 75% range. Got to crazy first time around and pulled tendon a little and didn’t want to piss it off anymore but still wanted to get some work in!

Hell yeah brother. Worked two months straight with 2 days off. Then Had to travel for my son’s military ceremony’s. It was awesome money and super proud of my man! But didn’t leave much time for much else. It’s grinding season now baby💪😎
I think it is the Triumvirate one. 4 day a wk all the major lifts and throw in the secondary high rep stuff. But if you get busy just the big lift is need to get stronger lol which I can dig with the craziness we have in the camp haha 💪😎
