    Post your diet b/c it may need a lot of work. I would agree at your body comp do NOT bulk. You need consistent time training, eating, resting and YES do cardio, in season OR off season. No reason not to do at least 20min multiple times a week when you're gaining size.

    Absolutely NOT. You should be performing A GOOD DEAL of hamstring work that works the attachment at both ends. Most are weak in the hams so focus on them and watch your squat and pulls go up.

    Very good point. AAS just helps to hold onto muscle while in a Kcal deficit. You need your diet in check and then it's just putting the puzzle pieces together (training, cardio, diet, rest, etc) and of course... patience.
