I have no problem intaking calories, I used to weight about 150 when I was training. But do to my job where I’m walking 10-11 miles daily makes it harder to gain weight.

I usually go Monday through Friday and off on the weekend. I go to planet fitness so I have a descent amount of equipment, not the best but does the job. I work at Amazon so I get about 10k-12k steps daily that’s kind of my cardio right there lol
