Get blood work: CBC, Metabolic Panel, and lipids.
Do it prior for the baseline, during for your education, and prior cause the "during" will freak you out.
It’s kind of funny. I was flipping through Dan Duchaine’s Steroid Handbook a few months ago. Hard to believe that was cutting edge knowledge at the time.
I would rather spend 6 months with low T than risk 6 yrs in a German prison, but that’s just me.

That stack sounds like a recipe for feeling like crap and is overkill for what you are trying to accomplish.
Have patience. In my experience, a pound a week is a reasonable and achievable goals that allows me to function on a daily basis without feeling like death.
Some steroid, anavar for example, have been known to lower shbg.

Here is my 2 cents…..
1) focus on technique. If you are exhausting yourself rolling then your technique sucks.
2) roll with upper level guys. White belts are 10x more likely to injure you than an upper level guy. They are sloppy and don’t know how to take care of their partners yet.
He is from my area and visits my gym from time to time. Big guy, amazing physique.
My only criticism is that he is making it acceptable for people to start bringing microphones to the gym and self-narrating their workouts.

I am a big fan of his. I was fortunate enough to go through the Start With Why training that his organization does. It was hard to capture the essence of this book in a 6 hour class, but it was perspective changing to say the least.
