    That stack sounds like a recipe for feeling like crap and is overkill for what you are trying to accomplish. Have patience. In my experience, a pound a week is a reasonable and achievable goals that allows me to function on a daily basis without feeling like death.

    Here is my 2 cents….. 1) focus on technique. If you are exhausting yourself rolling then your technique sucks. 2) roll with upper level guys. White belts are 10x more likely to injure you than an upper level guy. They are sloppy and don’t know how to take care of their partners yet.
