I'm thinking of a progression method based on the rep goal system.
For accesories, not for deadlifts or squats.
For example, rep goal is 30 done in 3 sets.
1. 100 kg x 10 reps, 9 reps, 8 reps + 3 myoreps = 30 reps (continue with the same weight, since I didn't do it in 3 sets)
2. 100 kg x 11...
Hi,
I've noticed I have problems keeping my grip during stiff deadlifts and pullups.
It's not a "sweaty hands" problem, so I don't think liquid chalk would help much; it is blister pain + weak wrists.
I don't think I can do anything with the blisters.
Besides straps, should these help?

a. 3 sets per exercise, or 2 sets for some exercises, if I have an off-day
b. Purpose = aesthetics, hypertrophy (especially in upper back, arms, mid delts) + increased grip strength (dead hang, Coan barbell holds)
c. Progression method - when I get the desired number of reps (10, 12 or 16)...
