I second @CohibaRobusto. My only other thought was at what point in her menstrual cycle was she. That makes a huge difference in female bloodwork numbers

Understandable. It sounds like a lot when you say 210. And it's a lot to eat when you're sitting in front of it. But it's definitely made this cut bearable in hunger and so far no muscle loss that I can tell. Win win in my book
6oz tuna
8oz ground turkey
30g iso whey
9.5oz chicken breast
113g Greek yogurt
There's a handful of other things like avocado, almonds, peanut butter, flax that I would primarily classify as fats but they do have proteins when paired together right.

Actually finished all my meals yesterday!
Back & Shoulders
35 minutes stairs @ 140bpm
Check in went very well, adding a blueberry muffin to Tuesday leg day and 1000 more steps a day.

Protein is my preferred macro in a cut so I asked to stay high on that for as long as we could. Keeps me full for longer and our big concern is muscle preservation.
I worked hard for it so I want to keep as much as possible. 😆
I wasn't aware that men and women had different requirements for protein. Different weights, not genders, determine the number.
If you do the math, it's 1.2g per pound, which isn't excessive at all to preserve muscle in a cut.
Yesterday:
174.2 lbs / 22.7%
35 minutes fasted cardio at 140bpm

Struggling to eat everything on this meal plan, but my past experience tells me that will last about 2 days before it evens out on the 3rd then I'll be starving the rest of the week.
After many attempts and fails to make it to the stage in August, including tearing back muscles and firing of coaches and failing miserably in my discipline to coach myself..... I've hired a new coach, I start the new program tomorrow, and I am back in full show prep again. Sixteen weeks out...
