He looks very strikingly similar to one dope that was peddling gear off his ig around 2014 and believe he went as far to say he was even sponsored by the big pharma company he was copying/knocking off lol. I'm sure theres someone else that recalls him back from that time period. Believe him and someone else were doing the youtube thing on top of it, marketing themselves on there.

A lot of red flags crossed; Fraud, copy write infringement, marketing a fake controlled substance. List goes on when it comes to that kind of corporate law. Those companies spend a lot of money on attorneys making sure no one copies their shit, otherwise you're legit getting sued. Thats why they had company reps there so the courts could make a full example of him to others.

See that's what your missing, he didn't get 10 years for gear, it was for fcking around with big pharma companies names and using them as your own, like your a rep or part of the company that has permission to do so.

Again, these companies pay attorneys more money than you could imagine to put trade marks on their products for a reason so no one copies them. Most likely it was the pharma company that brought the case on him if they were actually at the hearing. So you can bet they were going to do everything possible to him when they see some kid using their trade mark name as his own.

That's called white privilege. The only people who believe justice is blind are people who haven't been through the justice system.

If they have, they know what it's like to battle against a system with endless resources and in many instances all you will have is a court appointed lawyer who isn't interested in you.
