Figures I would post my log here as well because it doesn't hurt anything. My goal is to get around 8% Bodyfat.
In 2 weeks I may hire a nutritionist who has some experience with bodybuilding and such to help me with the last 8 weeks.
Currently Starting on Week 3 here. Will post progess photos at the 1/2 way point.
Morning weight: 212.2
Calories 2545
Protein: 262
Carbs: 245
Fat: 53
Total Steps: 15,377
Additional 1/2 hour LISS Cardio: Yes
Shoulder Day:
Shoulder started off tight, gave lots of time in between before hitting next set resulting in session taking too long.
Cable side raises are drop sets. -
For the Cable side raise and the cheat bar raise I reduced the starting weight to focus on form and squeezing the muscle.
Pin: 250 Test C, 100 Mast E
20mg Anavar, 10mg Aromisin.
Cooked up chicken for the next few days.
Started with 3704 grams and ended up with 2393 grams resulting in a 35.42% loss during the cooking process.
Added honey nut scooters at 41 grams with 1 cup of skim milk into diet as long as I stay within calorie goal and my protein is still high enough.
PLAN For Tuesday:
Call into work and use PTO
Tuesday is a 'Rest Day' So If I do not play Softball tonight I will still get my 1/2 hour additional cardio in as well as using the rest days for ABS and Forearm Training.
Added Fiber to daily diet to try and help with regulatory issues..
