Lol. I did yesterday.

TBH, i have a bunch of excuses that seem reasonable. I’ll hit it tomorrow though.

@valdemort youre one of the three unsolicited people who indirectly insinuated I was looking chunky yesterday. It was death by a thousand dysmorphic cuts yesterday.

I’m being dramatic.

No one was taunting me, but three comments in a day isn’t coincidence so I took it to heart.

Either way, I’m not gonna bulk through the summer. I want to push and see what I can accomplish. It may not meet my hopes, may not be comparable to others, but I do want to know that I tried and see what happens.

Good form. You should keep your wrists straighter or you’re going to feel it in the elbows. Are you wearing wrist wraps? If so, they aren’t doing anything the way you have them on. They’re supposed to keep your wrists straight. Try a wider grip or a thumbless grip or even a “talon grip”.

My wrists are a weak spot, years ago I landed on them both wrong and now have to “pop” them hourly otherwise they get tight.

I wore the wraps because they were hurting. But the following sets after I took a breather, I took them off and I ended up naturally deciding to do a thumblessgrip. I have enough trap meat the bar mostly stays put up there. Next time I was planning on doing it without the wraps and especially so after the feedback.

I don’t fully understand what you’re saying, sorry.

You saying it would help lower back, I could hit more lower back directly. Those certainly boost all lifts when you hit core and core is my weakest spot

Edit: re-read and understand; you’re saying it would help the shape of the lower back. I see what you mean.
