I'm 52. Last competed at the NPC USA in 2002.

Want to do masters Nationals.
Posted photo of how I look right now and all those years ago.

The first picture I took two saturdays ago not pumped at all. The second I just trained about a week ago. It's taken under a purpleifhtinmy gym, I don't know? That's why the color.

The others are from late 90s-2002

I have no idea if I can get close enough to how I looked in my late 20s early 30s. Guess we'll find out.

My legs are my best part always was. However, injuries may make it difficult to get them where I need them to be again

I wasn't, really, when I started seriously again in June.

I wish I took a before picture then. Seems I am getting there.

If anyone is curious this is going to be my next 14 weeks of anabolics.

TEST CYP 625 MGS A WEEK 1-8

EQ500 MGS A WEEK 1-14

DBOL 37.5 MGS A WEEK 1-4

50 mgs 5-8

MENT 50 MGS EOD 9-14

Superdrol 20mgs a day 9-12

30 mgs 13 and 14

T3 6.25-12.5 MCGS

Noveldex 5 mgs

I've never used MENT before. I have 6 weeks worth of TRESTELONE ACETATE. I have seen pretty great results with others.


The T3 I use because it may shuttle nutrients to the muscles. Plus it keeps me lean. Just can't use too much or it will hinder any muscle building.

After this I'll see where I stand. If all is going correctly I'll add GH @ 4-5 ius 5 days a week, 10 ius humilin r after training.

With the GH I'll probably just use 1000-1500 MGS of test a week or just MENT.
Everything I've been told GH, insulin, test or ment with a small amount of T3 should be sufficient in off season.
Any opinions on that are welcome.....

I'm looking at the Masters Nationals in 2026. Over 50. So, I have time

Been doing this a long time but I know I do not know everything. Far from it. So, please, any recommendations feel free.

Already planning things out and I won't be competing until July of 2026.

I'm going to add HGH at 4 IUS 5 X a week with 5 ius of Humilin R before my first meal and 10 ius after training. I'll use the GH from July of this year until about 3 weeks out. The insulin Ill probably stop much sooner. I've never dieted using insulin so I won't this time either.

I was going back and forth about actually competing until this week. I made the decision that, 100%, I'm doing it. Since I decided that my training has been so much better and more focused.

The one person I will not have to help this time is my old training partner and best friend. She was an IFBB pro woman's bodybuilder and helped me tremendously in the past with different things but especially posing. She committed suicide in March of 2023.
