Thank you for your reply. an asshole he is. And not to throw aspersion on women who are docs but I had to dump my last doc cos she was a woman and she ewas totally against prescribing test to me. This gp I have now would do it but he's making me jump thru all this hoops of testing my prostate my heart and all that crap. I have told him I feel fine and he has acknowledged that I am in fairly good shape for my age, but he has to make sure my prostate and my heart is okay and all that crap. Any good replacement for real t out there on the gnc's etc???
thank you for your support! I appreciate it.
I have no idea how many times I have heard a female GP won't script test.

Little FYI on testosterone and prostate cancer, there is no direct link. Now there is for estrogen. What the DR will say is that T converts to E and try and hang his hat on that.

As for your question, there's nothing out there that is going to increase your testosterone enough to make a difference. Some studies done on their own product show a 10% increase. Even if that's so, you want to dump $70 a month to get your TT up to 220 from 200 when it should be at 600?

Maybe your testosterone doesn't drop as you age, maybe you age as your testosterone drops. Think about it.

This right here.

Doctors who actually deserve a medical degree will even prescribe trt to men with active prostate cancer.

Latest evidence is that TRT likely lowers risk of both heart disease and prostate cancer

i think you have a point there. All seems to indicate that we age as our testosterone drops. Thanks for your comment.

I’d like to see the evidence that injecting testosterone lowers risk for prostate cancer.
