What's up guys, I'm one of those gym rats from the midwest who has already a ton of size but looking to put on even more.

My stats...

Age 24
Height 6'7"
Weight 230

Best lifts, I've benched 285 pounds for 1 rep. I can bench 245 for 8 reps, and I can bench 225 16 times. Max squat 315, max leg Press 800 pounds. Max dumbbell Bench Press with 135 pound dumbbells for 5 reps.

Right now I'm on protein, and creatine. I do not take any gear yet. What I want is to put on slabs of muscle.

not saying or hinting at anything but I had a guy -came to me to start training with me online says to me. "i have these abs but fat around rest my body". So i told him to drop pics and sure - he thought those two bottom layers of fat where actually his lower abd muscles. So no much of a critical thinker or realist he was at that point

So - show me the pics , then we talk.

Those reps for 225 and 245 has you sitting a solid 310 single. Sandbagger lol

Welcome to UG brother. Wish I had that tall frame to hang some muscle on.

hmmmmmm....no deadlifts number, max squat and bench are in striking distance of each other, and "leg press" is listed as a best lift, and wants to put on slabs?

on the other hand...

6'7" 230lbs, literally big if true.

Keep a log homie, very solid training input to be had here. Really not matter your style. We have Powerlifters and Bodybuilders.

Going off a hunch here…. But I pretty much guarantee these people saying your “huge” are all talking about your height.

When people call a 5’5” 250 pounder huge I don’t believe it’s due to their height either . No what i mean Vern?
