I wanna be a little leaner this THICCC boy season but I also don't wanna prevent gains. What are yalls thoughts/opinions/experience.....
I like to keep my exercise all before heading to work so I can crash the fuck out at the end of my day. I start my weight training first after eating a little 40g protein yogurt (hate training full). After weights I drink a full or at least half of 50g shake and do a minimum 20min walk but usually 30-45 minutes depending on time since i still have to shower and haul ass to work. I do 3 or 4 incline and speed set at 3. About 1.5 miles. I have noticed face slimming down a bit along with midsection so I can tell it's working in that department (still not satisfied). Just wondering if yall think the juice is worth the squeeze to cut enough body fat and also not preventing gains with it being right after weight training? Thank yall in advance.
