With proper training and nutrition, is 1 pound a week reasonable or is that aggressive? I think even just 10 pounds of muscle would make a big improvement. But I don't want to try and eat so much that I add back a lot of fat with the muscle.
More realistic is to gain 1 pound of actual muscle in a MONTH.
People are delusional. Go to the supermarket and look at a 3 lb package of boneless skinless chicken breast. Look how much actual meat that that is.
