Calorie deficit
High protein
Resistance training
Hydration and sleep
Cardio
I always considered cardio as best for hart health and then ofcourse a tool for deficit, but yeah totally agree.as far as for fat loss u don't need cardio.Agreed. Especially with the large gap before cardio is even mentioned. You can get shredded with absolutely no cardio, whatsoever. It's just a tool to help with calorie deficit.
