I had am account on here in 2020-2021 and can't remember the info. So I made a new one. I relapsed and dropped back to 180lbs, but after prison and 2 years sober and lifting I am back to 268lbs with 400lb bench. Really missed all the support on here. Have a great day everyone

Literally got out yesterday and after calling mom and seeing my kids I hopped back on here. Lol

3rd time eating this today. 1lb salmon, cup of broccoli. Had wild rice the first 2 times. This transition center is good on the grub. Prison food was all processed garbage.
