Kinda of a long winded introduction...
So after lurking on the forums for a couple weeks i decided to join so i figured id say hello throw my goals out there. Kinda always been athletic but never really got to into fitness, i do keep my body in okay shape my diet has been really shitty since i was 18 tho. I recently have been on a health kick and originally was going to go on a cycle and try and get into shape (how i ended up here as result of reading many articles and forum posts, this forum seemed better knowledgeable compared to others)
After lots of reading i have decided to wait on doing a cycle and am just gonna concentrate on fitness and diet. I haven't been to the gym in a long while so i dont know what my maxs are or anything but i do have a power rack and around 400lbs of weights so i plan on starting slow and getting into overall shape and then coming up with a routine.
Diet wise ive never paid attention to what i eat or counted calories or macros but this last week i have been keeping track in a journal and tryna hit 3000-3500cal a day and 40%p 40%c 20%f (BMR is 2748) and will adjust to try as needed for my goals
GOALS: Dont really wanna be a powerlifter or bodybuilder mainly just for aesthetics but would love to put on weight and be around 210-220 and have some muscles. After a good year of working out and keeping on a healthy diet i will reevaluate if i want to do a cycle or not but ill cross that bridge when it comes.
SIDENOTE: i checked my t levels back in 23 and these was my results, got put on clomiphene 45mg but never took it
