I am on my cut now. This will be a long cut. Every week or two I will take pictures "cold" flexing and then carb up and do a pump workout and then take pictures. this will be my progression photos. Here is the issue. I know in competitive bodybuilding they use a few extra days to carb up...but I am not THAT big (even though I feel I look very sizeable for a natural fellow) so what should my tactic be? What if I use one extra day to carb up a little before the day of the photo? I figure that I am already still giving myself carbs on workouts days more so than on my off days so my body will still be a little "carbed up"

Is there a way to maximize this? as to say how to be "cold" and do a flex and then carb up and look puffy? Is it all fast carbs then? What about the workout? How should I work out and for how long to get a good looking pumped up body before a picture. Thank u.

Then add salt and potassium to your pre pump workout carb drink.

I haven't been real happy with my arm pumps lately. Just ordered some Himalayan salt and will look into the potassium. I cramp up easily and I avoid table salt and don't eat many processed foods so maybe that's part of my problem.

5mg cialis prework out, it doesn’t work for everyone. Viagra would have same effect but I not keen on it

Get it at your grocery store, right next to regular salt. It's pure potassium chloride. You need potassium for glycogen synthesis in the muscles.

It could also potentially help your cramping issue, if your electrolyte balance is out of whack.

Maybe try a magnesium supplement as well, just don't use magnesium OXIDE, it's cheap junk with poor bioavailability.

I've been taking daily magnesium for a couple years now, chelated glycinate lysinate 200mg/day and I'm going to up that to 400mg/day as I just noticed it recommends twice a day and I've only been doing once. I've sporadically been taking potassium citrate at 200mg/day but I guess I need to start making that a daily habit but I do eat a lot of spinach, salmon, meat and bananas which all are supposed to be good sources. I think salt must be my main issue. I've avoided it for years. I'm not a big sweater though.

. I'm talking about the actually workout. DDo I do a full workout or can I do like a speficied pump workout that's totally different that usual?

I see some people use bands to pump up without doing s full workout?

From the little I've read about pre-contest pumping is that pumping up lats and chest can actually give the illusion of less definition. You may consider just concentrating on shoulders and arms and bands can do the trick if you use them correctly. I would think sets of up to 30 or more. I use various band exercises pre-workout and I have a pretty good pump in just a few minutes. Works especially good on shoulders.

Just do an upper body circuit, rotating through the exercises, about 10-12 reps per set, 3-5 sets each.

This won't get any gainzzz, just a pump.

I pop a couple 10mg viagras before every workout. I also use Nitrosigine and my pre-workout has citrulline, beta alanine and betaine anhydrous. I was still having pump issues but the sodium and potassium that was mentioned earlier was evidently what I had been lacking because since I started increasing my intake the pumps have been great.
My problems were 1) I totally avoided table salt and we very seldom eat anything that isn't fresh so my sodium intake was probably way too low compounded by 2) I urinate extremely frequently, partly because I drink a lot of fluids but I also have BPH and it's especially bad when I'm blasting the test. I don't really sweat a lot but I probably pee 20 times every 24 hrs, and like every hour to 1/1/2 hrs after I go to bed. So whatever intake I was getting was likely getting washed out.
