I recently just finished up a PCT and have been off cycle for roughly 6 weeks now. I am 22 years old 6’2 235 and am posting bloods to get recommendations on anything. I am also most likely going to be switching to a blast and cruise plan because I do plan to run more cycles each year than just say 1. I don’t run anything crazy test has never gone higher than 400 and I throw in some Deca and I have used DBOL as well.

My main worry is how low my HDL Cholesterol was. 32. I don’t know too much about it but just from research I see it’s considered low. Seeking some advice from the more knowledgeable old school guys.

That's genetic. Mine has always been 35 for years. I started fish oil a few years back and I can hit 40 on a good day. Don't worry about it all that never killed any one. You can ride out 32 into our 90's brother.

i wouldnt worry about that HDL, thats not bad at all and if youre diet isnt a total disaster, it should come back to normal throughout your downtime.

be careful with 19nors if your PCT as they can leave you suppressed far longer after finishing the cycle than just test.

I’ve seen your comments on many posts and was honestly hoping to see it here! Thanks for the reply brother. It’s good to hear that, I was taking fish oils have slacked recently so I will definitely get on that for sure.

Appreciate that. I will. I definitely felt a pretty drastic drop in my test when coming off here recently these past two weeks. I’ve felt better this week thankfully though as I am getting my energy back.
