What you have is made special by what you don’t have. For an experience to be memorable it must be surrounded by moments that are ordinary.

If you were to feast every day there would be no such thing as a feast. The deprivation, the restraint, the empty space, give meaning to the substance, to the abundance.

When you have everything you have nothing. If you cram stuff into every available cubic inch you’ve rendered it all inaccessible.

Allow for plenty of empty spaces between possessions, between experiences, between encounters and relationships. Those empty spaces are where you make meaningful use of all you have.

Live at a scale that enables your interest, your gratitude, your appreciation, and your effectiveness. Keep in mind that too much can be just as undesirable as too little.

Give yourself plenty to care about, but not so much that caring is impossible. Be selective, seek balance, and live well

Ok have an off the wall question … I have ordered and objected vitiman B for animals before and it was fine …. Do you guys think you could buy equipoise for horses and be ok to inject it ??? Curious cause it’s lots cheaper that way as well
I wouldn't, but I've heard of worse things. Animal products don't have the same safety measures in place as pharma grade. Would stick with for human labs brother

Been lazy with posting sorry guys can’t remember all the way back did a squat day Wednesday then Friday Deads 10-8-8-6-3-2-
Started with plates working up to double plates and a quarter for the double

Last night was chest

Flat 185 12-10-5x8
Incline 95 8-8-8-6-4–4
Pec deck 150-12-10-8-8-8-8-6

Hopefully get may ass back regular with the holidays over

Don’t know if you guys have seen in news the big snow and shit. I am on the very edge 5 inches and like 20-30 below with wind chill. Fucking sucks the life outta me working all day in that. Ugh!! Did get in only twice for legs and delts . Definitely need to push for more regular and consistent. Gonna up the test beyond TRT doses and try to really push it. So let’s see what I can do.

Went chest today

Bench 8x8. 185
Incline 6x8 135
Cable flys. 6x8. 35
Pec deck. 6x8 130

No cardio

Thinking my HRT is low at 250 mg gonna double it up to 500 mg a week it’s TestE ride that for maybe a month on a cleaner diet with some cardio occasionally. Then add a little anavar. Maybe 50 mgs a day. Sounds like a plan guys! I’ll post some pics and you will see I am not really I’m any shape to run a cycle now. I definitely need to tighten up and hit my “ natural “ potential with just the hormone replacement before I start adding anything with the testosterone. Thanks guys

Like garbage. What I want when I want . Needs cleaned up and it’s low on protein. Best and cleanest meal is actually breakfast. 4-5 eggs with a meat maybe banana or oatmeal also

Yeah you're probably not going to be able to get the look you want like that. Everyone is different, but when I changed over to a high protein, low carb, low fat diet my physique improved greatly. Try to eat clean and avoid fatty processed foods and sugary stuff.

As far as the back goes, I don't know how often you log, but I went through 2 pages and only saw 1 back workout.

Trying to start restricting diet . Start there before adding any dreaded cardio… besides you can only add so much cardio right? Don’t wanna be doing over an hour 5 times a day to keep my shape HELL no

I suck at getting in here to post my apologies. Life is just crazy as you all know , these winters just suck my energy working outside in 30 below wind chill . My old ass bones are creaking and popping . 🤣
