Well, I spend most of it with your mom, so there’s always that…..What an exciting life you must have...
You got really annoying really fast. What an exciting life you must have...
Well, I guess the issue is settled then.
Wait, what was the issue again?
What, you don’t think having to use less weight so you can do stupid twisty bullshit is a good trade off?Someone asked CJ to critique their workout and he advised them to drop the Arnold Press for a better shoulder exercise. Then this guy wrote a master's thesis on the history of the Arnold Press only to conclude that it's not a great should exercise.
Right... My question was rhetorical sarcasm but thanks for the Readers Digest.Someone asked CJ to critique their workout and he advised them to drop the Arnold Press for a better shoulder exercise. Then this guy wrote a master's thesis on the history of the Arnold Press only to conclude that it's not a great should exercise.
Hey, screw you, man! This thread is about to turn into everybody fighting everybody, isn't it?
Wrong - again. The OP for this thread was not about the Arnold Press as an exercise, but rather about its origin: Did Arnold Schwarzenegger promote it as a serious exercise, or was it just an attention getter for him? And despite all the "contributions" from concerned forum members like you, that question remains unanswered.Someone asked CJ to critique their workout and he advised them to drop the Arnold Press for a better shoulder exercise. hyper-fixation on trivial issues is an early warning sign of Alzheimer's.Wrong - again. Amyloid plaque is no joke.hyper-fixation on trivial issues is an early warning sign of Alzheimer's.
No one knows because no one really cares. And despite all the "contributions" from concerned forum members like you, that question remains unanswered.

I care enough for my double jointed shoulders to not attempt the Arnold press.
And you have so little left to give.but what a waste of time.
ChatGPT is often wrong unless you yourself are knowledgeable on a topic and can feed it more information, or tell it it's wrong on a particular item... Even then, it will usually take 4-5 corrections before it gets into the ballpark on things. If we did have a "chatGPT lover" here, what difference would that make? NONE. What relevance does this have to the OP? NONE. There, you got some attention.
That many wanted to talk about? Who did you see that wanted to know about the merits of the Arnold press specifically from chatGPT.This thread was not started to promote the Arnold Press, but the relative merits of that exercise seems to be what many want to talk about. OK, fine, but what a waste of time.
My experience is ChatGPT is sometimes wrong, not often wrong.ChatGPT is often wrong unless you yourself are knowledgeable on a topic and can feed it more information, or tell it it's wrong on a particular item... Even then, it will usually take 4-5 corrections before it gets into the ballpark on things.
Disagree, respectfully of course. It's an interesting tool, but pretty useless for bodybuilding since 95% of the information is easily found through a web search IMO.
I do not wear underwear very often, but thanks so much for the tip.If you like it then keep using it, just don't expect other people to take it seriously... Also don't get your panties in a wad people make it clear they think LLM's (e.g. chatGPT) are a joke.
