I am dealing with some kind of chest injury. My chest popped on me doing 315 on incline. Not a tear, I assume, but pop and is just lingering with me for about 2 months now. Cant touch anything heavy. Even some machines hurt it. Just looking for possible suggestions here. I stayed away from push altogether for two weeks. Didn’t touch anything heavy for a month. Now I had an issue with it on shoulders tonight. The pain runs from under my shoulder through upper chest.
