Cold hands?

So about over a year ago I notice my hands get extremely cold whenever I wash them with cold water or touch a glass of a cold drink or anything like that. Don't ever remember it happening before. They stay very cold for a long time before they eventually warm up. They don't get cold on their own though. If it's summer and warm out they are fine. Brought it up to Dr but she seemed not concerned in the slightest. It concerns me a bit because I never had it before. Anyone know what could cause the poor circulation?

God damn, I wish I could remember what that's called. There is a medical term for it. I'd look into it more and take that to your Dr.

Yea I know exactly what your talking about. I get concerned cause I have high RBC for years. Managing it but worried it could be due to that?

Could be Raynauds Syndrome. Look into that. This is common with that.
