Training Regiment : Legs / Push / Pull / Rest / Repeat

Diet: 4-5 meals a day, all measured and weighed accordingly.

Looking to get into test Prop, anavar, and clen just looking for dosages recommendation

Sorry to add on as well, how do you run clen correctly? And when should anavar be thrown into the mix with prop?
