Exactly. In the majority of people, if you eat less cholesterol, your body will produce more to get to the amount it needs. If you eat more, it'll produce less.
A few years back, the FDA quietly changed their position on cholesterol. They now no longer consider it nutrient of concern.
Shit i havent seen mine change except 1 time eating chicken, apple sauce and a few other choice items… it went from 275 to 239 as a total
