Exactly. In the majority of people, if you eat less cholesterol, your body will produce more to get to the amount it needs. If you eat more, it'll produce less.

A few years back, the FDA quietly changed their position on cholesterol. They now no longer consider it nutrient of concern.

Shit i havent seen mine change except 1 time eating chicken, apple sauce and a few other choice items… it went from 275 to 239 as a total

How did this affect u? Im interested to this effect, have been high on cholesterol for almost 20 yrs… need to prolong this life so perhaps pks9 shots maybe next…
Not sure I understand the question, but here is a before high dietary fat diet, during, and after cutting out a lot of dietary fat. Note, that I was not fasted for the blood work shown in the after lipid panel. You'll see that both my LDL and HDL went up, but at a disproportionate rate from one another.

Most people either have naturally high cholesterol, or they don't. Very few are like me where dietary cholesterol actually changes their blood work results

The results I posted were taken 6 weeks apart from one another.

Mine can have big swings. I keep my dietary fat at a moderate level now, but I'm not particularly worried about my cholesterol either way. The blood work was something I did because I was curious, and everyone kept telling me fats don't make a difference... so I wanted to see first hand for myself.
