Sunday's chest session was pretty underwhelming. I had to stop three time to hit the head. So yesterday before starting my back workout I did four sets of high volume flat bench.

I have my doubts as to the true effectiveness of that on any sort of growth. But it made my mind feel better and thusly I had a good back session.

My appetite is really strong right now and I'm living cleaner than I have in a while.

Chest

Incline BB Press: 12,12,10,10,8,8
Plate Pullovers: 15,15,12,12
Black Band Flies: 3x20
Purple Band Flies: 3x15

Pretty good training session today. I intended to do some dips at the end but I was pretty spent.
