Well, if you think that any training technique or any diet is superior to the diet and DNP tell me where I can find this method, you would certainly be the game changer of the modern world!

It’s called a life time of hard work ... not some industrial product

Life and it had nothing to do with dnp.
Look, I understand you, you don't need DNP to lose weight, I value the individual freedom of each individual, if the individual wants to use DNP, use it, its effects are extraordinary. If he wants to take 2-3 months with twice as much effort and time amen, let each individual's will be done.
It really is dangerous, yes it is dangerous, but in the right way it is safe, as long as the citizen does not have certain health problems. If you're going to put it on the tip of the pencil, those with health problems shouldn't even use any substance. I believe that everyone has the right to do what they think is right to do, no matter how risky it may be.

I know I’ve posted a few times on here… but I’m looking for the most safe advice I can

I know that many DNP info threads exist, however, I’m wondering if it’s different because I am a woman. I’m 5’5 and 125 pounds. I ordered 50 100mg DNP capsules and they finally came today!

Please do not try and talk me out of taking them, because what you say will not stop me.

I plan to take 100 mg every day for 2 weeks and see where I’m at from there.

I took my first dose today.

Will 100 mg everyday be safe for someone of my weight?

It looks like 4.3mg/kg was the lowest lethal dose which would put us around 200mg. My plan was to take half of that (100mg) and plan it safe. It doesn’t seem worth the risk to take more!

100mg is a good idea for women, 200mg should not be lethal. Women are more prone to some side effects that men are not, however, there are a lot of women that run at 200mg. Regardless, any dosage should be taken with extreme precautions and not taken lightly. You’ll find a lot of people here that know their limits and their ratios. There’s not much in your text to really dive into your desire to take dnp as just number basis… you aren’t tipping the scales

Remember DNP has a long half life (36 hours) and the effective concentration takes time to show effect so even if you take one pill today , don't just take another one since you don't feel the affect. It acts as an uncoupler for ATP oxidation and makes it super inefficient which is good for us who are trying to burn more energy to reduce fat stores.

Stick to taking 100mg ED for your weight and watch the symptoms appear near day 3 or so, do not overload your body because you won't feel symptoms regardless until the concentration has peaked. It's better for your body to have constant levels instead of EOD dosing, so stick to every day dosing.

Hey girl. Geez, lots of push back here. I'm 5'7" 125 stage weight. 135-140 off season. I've run DNP several times. For my size, I find 125 mg capsules are a good place to start. My first cycle, I ran that for a couple weeks. Mild sides. Good result. Now I run 125 am/pm and I prefer to do a couple weeks on, then take a few days break. Only do this a couple times a year. Just be careful and ease into it. More isn't better.

I know dozens of competitors that have gotten stage lean, some even close to 5% bodyfat, both men and women, both pro and amateur, and i dont know of a SINGLE one that has used DNP for it.

So if COMPETETIVE folks can do BETTER than you without it, what makes you think you need it or that its some magic?

To those that take DNP, do you know what it was actually used for? It was the main ingredient in certain pesticides, fungicides and herbicides (weed/vegetation killer) before it became banned for agricultural use in the late 1990's. Prior to that it was used in explosives as far back as WW1. You are literally ingesting a compound that was specifically designed to kill living organisms. As much of a risk taker I may be considered by those who know me well I would NEVER put that stuff in my body.
