I'm not a dnp expert but the right side looks more wet. Burn test or take it and compare.

Is one of the powder only or did they both come from a cap. See a cap but only one. Do you know if it’s crystal or regular. As thrawn notes, it could have some moisture depending how it was dried. But 2 questions above will be a start.

In practice, if you're comparing two different products, it's important to keep a few things in mind. Firstly, if it is a powder, make sure that it shows no signs of moisture - this can be dangerous as moisture can affect the stability of the substance and cause unwanted reactions when used. Secondly, it is important that the powder is pure and free of impurities. Poor quality products can not only be less effective, but also dangerous.

I see, will do that.

Both came from a cap. They are next to the smaller part of the red cap (transparent/yellow cap)
About your 2nd queston, I'm not too sure but I think regular.

Wasn't dried properly/completely.
Okay. Whats the worst outcome if someone uses it?

Please elaborate if you have the time.

Thanks for replying guys

It can have moisture in it. As long as it’s not melting the cap, you’ll be alright. Nothing gonna happen
