Curious to see who adds the smith bar weight to the weight numbers when tracking your work outs?
I don’t add the weight when doing smith cause I have no idea of how much weight it adds. I’m sure it’s not much but was looking at me doing 90 or 110 for a warmup or finisher and I’m like damn looks like woman numbers
