Do you guys split your hgh dosages?

I’ve always taken the full amount right after the gym.Dies anybody find any benefit splitting the dosage?

Yes, stable blood levels, with very few exceptions. but you need to be more specific. High dose of what? Is what? Oral, inject?

I’m taking 5iu hgh injectable right after morning workout.i. Was taking 10iu but realized I’d run out before I had money to get more

I usually did half in the morning and the other half pre-workout.

I also split my HGH dosages. I usually take 2 IU in the morning and 2 IU before bed.
