If calories were not imporant nor junk food being horrible for us I admit I would eat them non-stop.
I literally love cake, donuts, pies, cookies, pasteries, candy, icecream, shakes/maltes and pretty much antything with massive amounts of refined sugar ... did I mention Blizzards ... for fucks sake I would eat one everyday if they were not 1,000 calories each ...
Ok, sorry for my dessert rant .. but there is a point to it ...
I have found that I can replace these tasty treats with fruit ... so as a positive I now have an equal love for watermelon, grapes, apples, oranges, peaches (duing spring and sumer) berries of all kinds ... and my lastest favorite fruit is grapefruit ...
Is there anyone else out there who eats the grapefruit like oranges .. just peals them (like an orange) and then just eats them 1 slice at a time same as an orange ...
Do you have a sweet tooth and have you found that you can substitute fruit for tasty sugarie treats ... ?
