I'm someone that works an hour away from my house,
Ideally, I would like to get into meal prepping for the week and start bringing lunch to work.(Which I'm sure the majority of people here do) Sometimes that's not totally a realistic option. Do you guys have any go-to healthier food options that you would recommend? Have just about every major fast food chain available. (Chick-fil-a, Jimmy Johns, Inn n' Out, Wendy's, McDonalds, Five Guys, Chipotle, Zao's, etc.. etc.. I even have a grocery store nearby that I've considered going in and buying a salad kit for lunch.)
I've always been more of a convenience type of person so if you have any healthier suggested items or styles at any of these places I would love to hear them.
