3 grams of gear and 10iu of GH per day is reasonable to you?

I guess reasonable was the wrong word lol but the npp, mast and primo seem normal range. And I know zero about gh. But I’ve looked into it just now on this forums gh section and apparently normal range is 4-6iu. So in total I guess it’s on the extreme side of the spectrum. I retract my statement. 🤣

I’m 250lb and have been competing for 15yrs. I don’t start at these doses.

That cycle would typically start
250 test eod
100 primo eod
100 mast eod
50 npp eod
I’ll run this until progress stalls. Typically 8 weeks then the dose will go up slightly everytime progress stops. Something as little as going from eod to 4xweek will get things moving again. Cycle will continue like that for 16-20 weeks.

Gh and insulin would stay or go up as we progressed

Out of curiosity, what’s your typical cutting cycle look like??
12 weeks out
Sus 250 - 1ml eod
Primo 200 - 1/2ml eod
Mast e 200 - 1/2ml eod

8 weeks out
Sus - 1ml daily
Primo - 1/2ml daily
Mast e - 1/2ml daily
Tren a - 10mg daily

4 weeks out
Test p - 1ml daily
Primo - 1/2ml daily
Mast e - 1/2ml daily
Tren a - 10mg daily
Win - 50mg tapered up each week 75, 100,150
Proviron - 50mg tapered up 75, 100, 150

Gh 10iu of genetics a day until 45 days out then switch to 6iu of serostim.

Insulin as needed. Don’t use much pre contest maybe a little 5-10iu pre workout on back day.

So basically you start with half the weekly dosages you listed earlier... Is that correct?

Pretty much. By the end I’m only on the top dose for 4-6 weeks max and always do an 8-12 week health phase because and after every cycle. I get a full health screening 2 times a yr. Blood work, calcium score, stress test, 12-lead ecg, echocardiogram, ultrasound of my kidneys, liver, and carotid arteries, etc.

On your GH, do you take it as a single shot, or do you break it up into post workout/before bed, or split it up in some other way?

Training days - fasted in the morning, post workout and pre bed

Non - just 5iu fasted in the morning but may move this to pre bed

Wish I could tolerate 10iu, but I start getting joint issues and nerve pain as soon as 6iu
