Raw ingredient to finished product. Lengua tacos with pineapple, avocado, green salsa, lime, cilantro and green onions. Black beans with uncured bacon, garlic, onions and Mexican oregano.
Probably be French dip on the menu tomorrow.

Seasoned tuna never taste right to me, a little bit of mayo n thats all...
This is the only one I've ever liked. Most of them are nasty, but lemon is a subtle flavor so it works just fine for me.

Brotha I can eat stuff that would gag a maggot. But I can’t do tuna. I live right on the lake and luv to fish. I like to take crappie filets and bake em. Then flake the meat and mix with chopped onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and a squirt of lime juice. I’m pretty low carb at the moment so I usually serve it over that cauliflower rice chet. Pretty tasty and best part is it didn’t cost me a dime. Might work with tuna I dunno.
