Good, stable weight bench for home use that won't break the bank...

Looking for a recommendation on a good, stable weight bench for home use that won't break the bank. Its for my girl, she won't be playing with more than 50 pound dumbbells.

This is what I have and its great , wasn't super cheap but I didnt need a 2nd mortgage. Holds plenty of weight flat or incline so you can get good use of it as well

Her latest plan calls for incline dumbbell presses and dumbbell rows. She also needs a 24 inch ball, I ordered one onAmazon for about $20.00. She won't need a barbell at all, at least not yet.

I encouraged her to just go to the gym but she does not want to take the time for that. She has a point, all she really needs is dumbbells (which we have), a ball, a jump box and a bench. At least until she changes her workout plan.

Yea, but just depends on where you're looking...i.e. direct from the site or used from marketplace (fingers crossed on that one )

The bench I actually have is a BodySolid adjustable I got off Amazon for like $320

I used a Marcy for a home gym bench. I put some weight on it. It got the job done. If you are going heavy have a spotter or better yet 2.

It was inexpensive and sturdy.

I'm checking out FB Marketplace and CL, there are a few that might do the job for like $70.
