So I put in for blood work next week to check estrogen levels before this gets out of hand but wanna get some opinions on here if possible. So my last cycle I developed a m&m size lump directly behind one nipple, no tenderness no issues.barely noticed and by the time I did I was ending cycle. I was on beligas.5 mg arimidex twice a week at the time. While off cycle it had disappeared, I remember checking probably a month ago and it was gone. So two weeks into cycle and it’s back twice the size and was a little tender, not the nipple but the mass. I was on aromasin 12.5 eod but didn’t really trust source on this completely especially considering it’s back bigger and quicker then before, I have a back up of dragon pharma arimidex I’ve never used and I’m gonna try .5 three times a week in the meantime but just wondering do these doses seem correct? And the fact it came so quickly. No sides other than that. Cycle is 750test 400 deca

I've never used aromasin, but that's in the ballpark for arimidex dosage for that cycle. Obviously varies person to person so that bloodwork will help you tune it out. But youre good to start off trying that dosage, youre not about to accidentally megadose it.

Also should I only be testing my e2 level? Or total estrogen levels as well?

I'm no expert on this, but I think you might want to look into using a serm like Nolvadex or raloxifene for this. Hopefully someone with more experience will chime in. Because it doesn't seem like the estrogen blocker is working too well for you. This could develop into a bigger problem if you don't get a handle on it.

Yea that’s what I’m afraid of.

Why didn't you figure this shit out the FIRST cycle?
It only developed in last few weeks of last cycle so by the time I noticed it and tried adjusting ai. Cycle was over. It was pretty small as well and resolved itself while off cycle. Tbh I had forgotten about it even happening when I started this cycle it flared up right away.

So update, got blood work on a Monday before taking my ai. I’ve been taking .5 arimidex three times a week. Mon wed fri. Got bloodwork on Monday before taking and it came back at 51. So switching to .5 everyday, does that seem to drastic? Gonna try sourcing another ai in the meantime cause I’m losing confidence in the ones I have. Any suggestions?

I don't think so... I've seen a lot of peoples blood work, and some aromatize high, others low, and others still somewhere in between.

It's not really "a couple of standard deviations" from normal, unless you believe the range used by the lab indicates what "normal" is .. which it actually doesn't. 🤷‍♂️

Besides, the last bloodwork he posted with his E2 values was without taking an AI; which we already established that an AI is required and "normal" for him based on how he aromatizes.

no I think his e2 is totally reasonable. I think taking 3.5mg of arimidex a week is pretty steep.
