Just wanted to wish everyone happy Thanksgiving today/tomorrow. I hope your all able to spend it with friends and family that you love.

I'm not a particularly sentimental guy, but share what you can with those that you love, and hold them close and often.

Take care UG. I hope everyone has a wonderful day tomorrow.

Wife is taking kids to sisters, I'm opting to stay home, get some work done then hit the gym for leg day then play some video games with just me and the dogs.

I'll be eating chicken but enjoy that turkey for me!

We don't do turkey for Thanksgiving at my house. I barbecue ribs and brisket instead.

Making scalloped sweet potatoes, and my 6 cheese crawfish Mac and cheese to go with it. That macaroni I make barely lasts a day, and I make a giant 18" wide tub of it.

Those are good alternatives. A little more exciting than plain old turkey.

I've never heard of this in my life. I've never even had crawfish but that Mac n cheese sounds amazing.

Scalloped sweet potatoes are another thing I've never had but would like to try.

The mac n cheese is a meal unto itself. I make it with a panko + bacon crust on top, and recommend people sprinkle Cajun seasoning on top (not a lot... A little goes a long way with this).

This will be my first year making them. I'll let you know how good it is or isn't.
