Just got some labs back and I'm not sure what I'm looking at. I'm exploring the idea of TRT at this point. The only thing I currently blast is HGH 2IU ED. My doctor has yet to review these but I'm eager to know if my ranges are good or bad. Any help is appreciated.

This last one has me completely confused since it's so far outside the reference range. Should I be concerned? I don't have any of the symptoms of high estrogen except maybe depression but I attribute that more to external factors in my life that have me on edge. Thoughts?

Get an ultra sensitive estrogen test, that specifically measures estradiol. Total estrogen is measuring all estrogen derivatives in the body even extremely weak ones with little activity like estrone.

Thanks. I specifically said I wanted my estradiol tested to my PCP. I don't know why she would order a total estrogen test.

PCP, thats your issue lol Most dont know much of anything except the names of the drugs the pharmaceutical reps incentivize them to push

You said youre thinking about TRT, Are you on anything other than hgh at the moment or been on EQ etc fairly recently?

Just the GH I mentioned in my OP. Otherwise, never used any AAS.

It's very unlikely you'll get prescribed TRT at those levels, unless you find a shady Dr.

Are you honestly not taking anything else, because your total estrogens are out of whack?

Probably doesn't know any better. You'll frequently see Drs. ordering either estrone or total estrogen. You should use sensitive E2 or ultra sensitive E2. Once you pick which one, continue to stick with it so you'll be comparing apples to apples

Some peptides but I wasn't on them at the time of testing. MOTS-C, Retatrutide and a very small dose of melanotan 2 (100mcg) but all were stopped a week or more prior to testing. I'm not sure what's going on either as I said I don't really have any symptoms of high E2.

That's fine, I know how to crash my levels if I really want to. I basically want to try a 12 week blast so I wanted some baselines. I have a source but I'm not going to try it until I figure out what's up with my estrogen.

Your value is possibly wack because he gave you a total estrogen panel. Total estrogen is composed of E1, E2, and E3. The total estrogen panel is geared more for females.
Your value is not a sensitive or ultra sensitive E2 panel. Personally, I would either have him order the correct panel or do it on my own. At least your free T is good/above range.
It's a common mistake that uninformed doctors make.

Update: The nurse relayed my argument to the NP about requesting a specific E2 test and she was told that this test IS an E2 test. Her reasoning was that "some labs just have different names for different tests." I didn't have enough knowledge to argue back so I just accepted it. Is it possible that my E2 really is this high without having taken any AAS?

They have ordered additional tests which I am about to head down to have blood drawn now:

Free testosterone is above normal and he’s asking he should go on TRT?

Maybe there’s something else in that HGH causing estrogen to go up

Nah, read my posts again. I used the words "I'm exploring the idea of..." and "I want to..." but never did I solicit opinions on what I 'should' do regarding TRT. I'm well aware that my levels don't qualify me for medical intervention. Opinions are of course welcome but I didn't ask for them.

Maybe there’s something else in that HGH causing estrogen to go up

That thought occurred to me as well but I'm not ready to throw the baby out with the bathwater just yet. Gonna wait for these latest test results to come back at least and go from there.

Considering your TSH you would benefit from adding 50mcg T4 per day. Take a new test 4-5 weeks after adding it and come back. :)

Update. Got latest labs back. Everything is normal except my free T is high which isn't a bad thing (right?).

PCP hasn't reviewed yet as I just got them today but figured I'd post for you armchair docs to maybe chime in. I can only guess that my high estrogen is from the GH or I just aromatize abnormally high and always have and just never knew it. I have no estrogen baselines prior to the GH use so I'd have to stop using and retest to know for sure.
