Hey all, I'm Joey. 45 years old, 215lbs (and dropping), a towering 5'6" - have been training a long time, have always been way up and down with my weight because I'm a baker and I like cake.

Why I've joined:

I've recently started on Test @500/week. I've messed with SARMs and peptides in the past and gotten results, but now I'm looking to branch out.

I figured I'd start with Anavar+Winstrol (while continuing Test), and I'm looking for a definitive cycle length I should start with, and dosage recommendations. Maybe results I can expect, as a wider-than-average dwarf?

My expectations are not to lose a ton of fat in as little amount of time as possible. I'm not looking for a six pack. I'm looking to push more weight - if there is fat loss involved while I'm doing it, I'd consider it a bonus. I say all that because I know some people like to say you should be under 15% body fat or some other arbitrary number they make up, when it's really not my biggest concern and I know how to lose the weight anyway.

Any guidance is appreciated!

I'd just like to know if you're another one of the "new guys (and girl)" that posts consistently for about a week and then disappears for no reason. We've had about 20 of those recently.

I can't say, as I've only been here about 20 minutes and cannot (currently) predict the future. But I'm also big, bald and bearded, so I hope that's some consolation.

Are you going to PCT at the end of this cycle? or Stay on at TRT levels?

Save the winstrol and anavar. You won't need it. If you don't get good results off of 500 mg of testosterone then the winstrol and anavar would have been more of a waste.

What's your training look like? Do you follow a program? Post it here. Exercises, weights, reps and sets. That way we can make helpful and constructive recommendations that you can argue about.

Your diet is shit and you don't care so we won't bother asking about that.

I did get bloodwork done several months ago, I'd have to go searching to find it and post it. That's when the online TRT clinic put me on 200 a week. I decided to raise the ante and get a bigger dose elsewhere.

I'll probably stay on at TRT levels, unless someone can make an argument for PCT instead.

I'm currently doing a five day split.

Chest; bench, incline dumbbells, decline bench (on smith), flyes on pec deck, pushup
Leg; squats, extensions, lying curls, calf raises, straight leg deads
Shoulders; dumbbell press, arnold press, laterals, upright rows, read fly, shrug
Back; Deadlift on smith, lat pulldown, dumbbell row, bent over row, straight arm lat pulldown
Arms; Bicep curl, preacher curl, seated incline curl, tricep extension, skullcrusher, pushdowns

Let's call all of them at 3x10.

My diet *was* shit - right now it's about 2300 cals, 200g protein - I'm down ~15lbs in the past 6 weeks.

First up you have introduced yourself. No need to produce bloodwork or programs or pictures in intro.
Second up you seem a poor fit for this forum. But so am I so don't let that get in the way.
Third 45 years old and doing 500 of test with extras seems excessive when you clearly have no goals worthy of print.
Do hrt and see where that gets you. If you don't know what a good trt dose is you shouldn't be on a cycle.
Fourth it is your life do what you want. But before you go into other areas of the forum u need to have clear and rational goals. Or no one will respond.

A man aiming at no target will hit nothing every time.
This isn't hate. It is just a reminder that if you appear to be a troll you will be treated as one.
