Hello everyone, I'm new to the forum, but I really like this movement, I enthusiastically read about sports and development, I want to pump my body to the maximum. The goal is to gain at least 10 kg of muscle in six months. I will do everything to achieve this!

I'm not sure 20lbs of real muscle in 6 months is doable but I like your I enthusiasm.

What is a kg.
If you are new to the sport. You can get onto a great diet and an exceptional trainer 10kg of muscle in a year is possible.
Otherwise do the rich piana synthol diet and 20kg in a year is possible. Or Is that 20litres.

Just do your best and ignore the scales. A lot of us scale watches got fat thinking we were gaining muscle.
